Refund policy

Return Policy

Key Information:

  • 120-day return period
  • 7 days to process refunds
  • No restocking fee

Returns are possible within 120 days. The following information is required to process the exchange/refund request:

  • Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and should be in its original condition.
  • The return must be accompanied by a return form. Please contact us at help@tryneoclear.com for the form.
  • The items can be used as long as they are not damaged or broken.
  • Order number
  • Photos or video material clearly showing the issue (for damaged products, those not as described, or incorrectly delivered items)

If there is an issue with the delivery/Item and the issue is justified, we will cover all costs to deliver a replacement as soon as possible.

If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been damaged through no fault of ours.

Always ensure that your package has a tracking code. Without proof of shipping with a tracking code, lost returns will not be refunded. It is at your own risk if you send your return by mail without a tracking code.

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, including any customs duties: return costs will not be refunded. If the package is marked as “lost in transit,” we are not responsible for the return shipping.

Wrong Item ?

If you receive the wrong item or incorrect size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only within 30 minutes after placing it. After 30 minutes, our orders are locked in the processing stage, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at help@tryneoclear.com after placing your order.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Uncollected Orders / Incorrect Address / Rejected or Refused Packages

If an order is not collected on time, if the address is incorrect, or if the order is refused upon arrival and returned to us, it may be canceled. However, the buyer will be responsible for ALL additional costs, including return shipping and packaging fees, totaling €15. The cost of these additional charges will be deducted from the customer's payment. The balance will be refunded within 7 working days.
